Operations Manager - Solihull, West Midlands, United Kingdom - £75000.00 - £90000.00

Working for a fast-growing MSP focussed on networks, you will be leading new initiatives across the business 

What You’ll Do:

• People: Build a top-performing team with high standards, identify talent, and ensure everyone is on their A-game.
• Process: Refine automation and optimise systems to keep us moving at lightning speed.
• Systems: Collaborate with tech leaders to ensure our tools and data reporting are bulletproof.
• Management: Handle escalations, support NOC operations, and bring leadership when it counts.

What You’ll Need:

• 10+ years in operational leadership within engineering, telecoms, or IT. Have you have managed a NOC/Service Desk, or Field based teams?
• Proven experience in ISPs or MSPs – you know the landscape.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills – you don’t shy away from tough conversations.
• Passion for continuous improvement – Lean Six Sigma experts, step forward.
