Azure Technical Security Architect (Food & Beverage)
£120-£140k plus benefits (Hybrid working) reporting to the Head of Architecture
We are seeking an Azure Technical Security Architect with a strong security focus to join our Cloud and Security Team. This role will work closely with program and project teams to evaluate Azure solutions, ensuring they meet the Security and Control Standards and that security is embedded from the outset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security by Design: Collaborate with project teams to integrate security into Azure solutions from the beginning, ensuring adherence to security standards.
- In-Flight Initiatives:
- Implement Azure Sentinel to streamline alert management and integrate with Splunk (Cyber Ops SIEM).
- Secure Azure Landing Zones, particularly for Open AI workloads.
- Explore Azure Defender for Cloud to enhance Security Posture Management.
- Set up Elastic Elk (ESaaS) on Azure for improved observability.
- Mature Azure Landing Zones to host specialised workloads like HPC and future API Gateways.
- Deploy Forge Rock CIAM within Azure Landing Zones.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Technical or Cyber Architect within (Food & Beverage -Desirable)
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure Security Architecture.
- Familiarity with security controls and frameworks relevant to regulated industries, especially financial services.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging with security, CTO, group technology, and compliance teams.
